Prices updated 03/15/11.   We prefer payments made through PayPal, which allows you to securely use your credit card. For your convenience there is a link provided below.  If you would rather send a check, please contact me and I will be happy to send an address.  There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks. 

Whether sending a check or using PayPal, please indicate the couple's name and the wedding date/time on a note accompanying the payment.  We work with couples on a first come/first served basis.  Please note that your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.  Saturday evenings are the most popular times for a ceremony so you will want to book early. 

The balance is due prior to the ceremony unless other arrangements have been made.  The best way to handle this is with a meeting before the ceremony in order to take care of business matters such as balance payments and the signing of the license.  In that way, when the ceremony is over, you can concentrate on the celebration rather than having to interrupt the flow of things to make payment.

Travel fees apply to any location outside of a 50 mile radius from 32563 zip code. A fee will be quoted based on travel expenses and overnight accommodations if needed. If there is a rehearsal one night and the wedding the next, then it sometimes works best to stay overnight.

We accept checks, PayPal and credit cards.  Please email jwatkins@jwatkins.org and we will send an email invoice.

Remember that dates are not confirmed until deposit is received. Weddings are booked first come/first served based upon the date and time
the deposit is received.  Often we receive inquiries from several couples for the same date. 
Once the deposit is received, we will confirm your date by email or phone call.

* Holidays are official federal holidays, which can be found at the U.S. Naval Observatory website.  In addition to these federal holidays
others are Valentine's Day, Mother's Day weekend, Father's Day weekend, and Thanksgiving weekend.
